Agreement
By using DayMatched, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy and Fitness Safety notices.
General fitness service
DayMatched provides general educational fitness planning. It is not medical care, physical therapy, diagnosis, emergency service, or individualized treatment. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your password, and do not access another person’s account or defeat service access controls.
Founding lifetime unlock
The founding product is a one-time non-consumable purchase for included premium features during the supported life of the DayMatched product. “Lifetime” refers to the product’s supported availability and does not promise that every separate future product, service, or paid feature will be included. Google or Apple controls store payment, restoration, and refund terms.
Exercise demonstrations and third-party services
Licensed demonstration media and other third-party services may be unavailable temporarily, changed, or replaced. Written guidance may be used when media is unavailable.
Ownership
DayMatched software, branding, licensed media, guidance, and workout structures are owned by or licensed to Pretty Serious Business. Your right to use the service is personal, limited, and non-transferable.
Availability and results
Features may be corrected, improved, or removed. DayMatched does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, appearance changes, or any particular fitness or health result.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
